The invention relates to the field of the chemical industry. The present invention includes a method for producing 4-aminodiphenylamine, in which nitrobenzene and aniline are used as starting materials, a complex base catalyst is used as a condensation catalyst, and a powder composite catalyst is used as a hydrogenation catalyst, and which includes the following five stages of the process: condensation; hydrogenation; separating, regenerating and reusing the complex base catalyst and separating, regenerating and reusing the powdered composite catalyst, which is optionally at least partially regenerated; separation, recovery and reuse of aniline and, optionally, separation, recovery and reuse of the hydrogenation solvent; and cleaning. The complex base catalyst and the powder composite catalyst used in the present invention have lower production costs and higher catalytic activity; the whole process can be carried out continuously and is suitable for industrial scale production; the reaction conditions are mild and less by-product is formed. The purity of the 4-aminodiphenylamine obtained can exceed 99 wt.%, And the industrial yield can be higher than 95%. |
