titleOfInvention | METHOD OF DOSIMETRY OF RADIOACTIVE NUCLEI IN VARIOUS TYPES OF SAMPLES USING HARD DETECTORS OF NUCLEAR PARTICLES |
abstract | The present invention relates to a new method, corresponding to experimental conditions, allowing to determine a function that describes the actual detection sensitivity of a solid nuclear particle trace detector (RTPD) and expresses the detection efficiency for each type of nucleus emitting alpha particles of energy E located at each position within the analyzed sample, and therefore allowing accurate dosimetry of radioactive nuclei in a sample using solid nuclear particle trace detectors. The use of this method will improve the quality of sample analysis, significantly reduce the cost of analysis and significantly expand the scope of this type of detectors. This method will make it possible to create a new generation of detectors with the best quality-price ratio that can appear in the field of analyzes of radioactive nuclei in various types of samples. |
