titleOfInvention | DEVICE FOR FASTENING JETS |
abstract | The invention describes a device for fixing an inkjet part. Fastening a pressure-loaded fluid to an inkjet part requires taking special measures when such a part is made of a hard and brittle material and can be damaged due to the occurrence of locally increased stresses in it. Such an inkjet, made of, for example, silicon / glass, is placed in an elastomer shaped part, which is made, for example, of silicone rubber and whose inner contour is matched with the outer contour of the jet part, and the outer contour with the inner contour of the holder. The elastomer molded part with its side facing the pressurized fluid has a recess with a surface that is beveled in the direction of the jet part. When assembling such a device, the elastomeric molded part is deformed by the protrusion present on the mating part, and internal stresses evenly distributed throughout its volume arise, after which the elastomeric molded part covers the jet part over its entire height. The use of such a "floating attachment" allows you to avoid the occurrence of unacceptable local peak voltages and deformation in the inkjet part. The device for fastening the inkjet part maintains tightness, remaining impermeable to liquid, even when the fluid pressure fluctuates between an extremely small value and a value reaching several hundred bar. Such a device is most suitable for mounting a glass or silicon-made inkjet part in a miniature version. Such a device is used, for example, in medical technology for fastening |
