titleOfInvention CHEMERAL HYBRID ANALGETICS
abstract The present invention relates to the composition of a substance and methods for treating pain and drug dependence using new chimeric hybrid molecules containing the opioid half of chemically modified morphine (3), which bind and activate the mu (μ) opioid receptor of a person with the opioid half linked through a new linker hinge ( 4) with a half peptide fragment of substance P (5), which binds and activates the receptor for substance P of a person. Hybrid alkaloid / peptide hybrid molecules have a chemically enhanced opioid analgesia during the formation of a small opioid tolerance or opioid dependence or the absence of it. Hybrid alkaloid / peptide analgesics can be administered intrathecally, systemically or orally.
