abstract | The invention proposes a protein storage device (20), which comprises a first chamber (30) for storing protein (20) and a second chamber (40) for storing an alkaline buffer solution (50), the second chamber (40) being in fluid communication with the first camera (30). In accordance with a preferred embodiment of the invention, the alkaline buffer solution contains calcium ions, which help to thicken the protein (20). A method for storing protein (20) is also proposed, which includes the following operations: the first operation of placing the protein in the first storage chamber (30); a second step of affecting the protein (20) with an alkaline buffer solution (50); and a third step of storing the protein (20) in an alkaline environment in the first storage chamber (30). |
