titleOfInvention ENDOSCOPIC FASTENING DEVICE
abstract Shell device 1, designed for endoscopic instruments 2 and having an elongated tubular element 4, having a proximal end 6, a distal open end 7, at least one fluid channel 23. The flushing device 5 is connected to the proximal end 6 of the tubular element 4 and has a proximal open end 8 for inserting the first endoscopic tool 2 into it, a fluid inlet 16 communicating with said fluid channel 23, and a fluid outlet 17 environment. The tubular element and the washing device together form a first internal guide passage 10 serving as a shell for at least part of said first endoscopic instrument 2. The connection between the tubular element 4 and the washing device 5 provides for axial rotation of the tubular element 4 relative to the washing device 5.
