titleOfInvention METHOD OF OBTAINING SALTS OF HUMIC ACIDS
abstract Salts of humic acids with a high yield of useful products are obtained by liquid-phase oxidation of a mixture of an alkaline agent with ligno-containing plant raw materials, with a total dry matter content of 12-20% in continuous mode in two stages. The first stage - preoxidation - is carried out at a temperature of 50-190 ° C and a pressure of 0.5-3 MPa with simultaneous treatment with an oxygen-containing gas until a pH of 10.5-12 is reached, and the second is oxidation under the same conditions at a temperature of 170-200 ° C until a pH of 8.5-10 is reached. As a ligno-containing plant raw material, a by-product of obtaining cellulose by the sulfite method is used - concentrated solutions of lignosulfonate - or lignin, a by-product of hydrolysis production, which is oxidized with air oxygen in a continuous process in two stages. For additional activation of the mixture of raw materials with alkali in the cavitation mode, a circulation pump with an ejector is used to provide air jet ejection. To reduce the pre-oxidation time, the first stage can be carried out with hydrogen peroxide or by feeding the raw material with alkali directly into the pipeline in front of the ejector before mixing with the oxidizing agent.
