abstract |
An apparatus for indirect heat exchange using narrow channels in the reaction zone in channels of the type using heat transfer is proposed; plates (17) are used that contain partially perforated sections (16) to simplify or eliminate the use of collectors for distributing and collecting various fluids through various channels. The invention simplifies operation as a result of creating direct communication between adjacent channels through perforation sections located at one end or at the other end of the channels. The design of this invention provides the advantage of more compact designs of reactors with heat exchange. The design of the invention can also simplify the use of the design of one collector at one end of the channels in order to facilitate the unloading of the catalyst and the replacement of the catalyst in the channels for the reaction medium. |
