The present invention relates to a method for producing antigenic structures with high cross-reactivity capable of enhancing the immune response to peptide antigens that are intended for systemic administration and / or administration through the mucous membrane, as well as chemical structures obtained by this method, preparations based on these structures and their application. The method described in the present invention, allows to obtain new antigenic structures, starting with the selection and synthesis of branched structures that bind to carrier molecules. The resulting structures can be used together with acceptable adjuvants or in the composition of various antigens. Synergistic effects may be observed, enhancing cross-reactivity and immunogenicity. In addition, these drugs may contain stabilizers and preservatives. Antigenic structures of the present invention can be used in the pharmaceutical industry in the form of vaccine preparations for the prevention or treatment of diseases in humans and animals, as well as for the creation of diagnostic systems. |
