titleOfInvention METHOD AND DEVICE OF SIMULTANEOUS DEFINITION OF SEVERAL MIXTURE COMPONENTS
abstract The invention relates to the field of ecology, biotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, in particular, to the determination of components using specific interactions between them and a microcarrier with a receptor immobilized on it for the component to be determined. Increasing the reliability of the simultaneous determination of several components of a mixture, reducing the cost of analysis, reducing the time for its implementation, expanding the set of markers, as well as obtaining the possibility of registering the content of several components in a mixture visually is achieved in the method and device for the simultaneous determination of several components in a mixture, which consists in the reaction of the analyzed components mixtures with specific receptors immobilized on the surface of microcarriers of various shapes. As a result of the formation of specific complexes, the mobility of microcarriers in a physical field changes. Based on the change in the mobility of microcarriers under the influence of the field, the separation into a fraction of unreacted and, therefore, microcarriers that did not change the mobility and a fraction or fractions with a changed mobility occurs. Since each type of specific receptor is attached to its own labeled microcarrier, based on the analysis of only the characteristics of the marker on microcarriers with changed mobility in the physical field, the component present in the analyzed mixture that reacted with this microcarrier is determined. In this case, a physical field means a gravitational, electric or magnetic field, as well as their combinations. Additionally, providing
