titleOfInvention VITAMIN PREPARATION, WATER VITAMIN PREPARATION AND METHODS FOR THEIR RECEIVING
abstract A vitamin preparation is proposed, which is a binary associate of the vitaminizing component and a surfactant (in a molar ratio of 1: 0.9-2.5). An aqueous vitamin preparation is also proposed, which is obtained either as a solution in the aqueous phase of a water-soluble binary associate, or as a solution containing the vitamin component and surfactant of a fat-soluble binary associate in the aqueous phase, which additionally contains a non-ionic water-soluble second surfactant. Both water soluble and fat soluble vitamins can be obtained. Describes how to obtain a vitamin preparation and an aqueous vitamin preparation. The proposed method for producing an aqueous vitamin preparation involves introducing the binary associate into the aqueous phase. In this case, a water-soluble binary associate heated to a fluid state or a fat-soluble binary associate is introduced into the aqueous phase as a hot solution in a non-ionic water-soluble second surfactant, and the fat-soluble binary associate and non-ionic water-soluble second surfactant are taken in the molar ratio in the number of the ratio of the fat-soluble binary associate and the non-ionic water-soluble second surfactant to be taken in the molar ratio 5 in terms of the content of the vitaminizing component in the binary associate.
