COMBINED THERAPY WITH THE USE OF ANGIOTENZIN CONVERSION AND ANTAGONIST ALDOSTERONE ENVIRONMENTAL INHIBITOR TO REDUCE THE DISEASE AND MORTALITY WITH CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES |
abstract |
The combinations of FAA inhibitor, aldosterone antagonist and loop diuretic for use in the treatment of circulatory disorders are described. Of particular interest are therapies using captopril, enalapril or lisinopril in conjunction with spironolactone. This combination therapy may be particularly useful for reducing mortality or non-fatal hospitalization or to prevent the progression of congestive heart failure in patients with cardiovascular diseases. |
