The invention provides methods for detecting and identifying analytes, as well as methods for manufacturing sensors for detecting analytes. The analyte (810) is sensed by sensors (820) whose output signals change when exposed to the analyte. These electrical signals can be processed (830) through filtering and amplification. In one embodiment, a plurality of sensors are formed in a single integrated circuit. These sensors may have a different composition of the forming material. |
