The application describes the S-substituted thiol esters of 11β-benzaldoxymestra-4,9-di-angular acid of the general formula (I) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, as well as a process for preparing these compounds and pharmaceutical compositions containing them. The proposed compounds bind to the progesterone receptor and have a markedly reduced antiglucocorticoid effect. |
