abstract The present invention provides a method for analyzing the determination of toxins having a target phosphatase that inhibit phosphoprotein phosphatases, in which a solid substrate with a ligand immobilized on it is brought into contact with: (1) a sample suspected of being infected with a toxin, and (2) an immobilized ligand, the specified immobilized ligand is able to generate a directly or indirectly distinguishable signal when the complex is not formed, when a complex with the specified toxin is formed, when a complex with by a multiplex of said toxin and said non-mobilized ligand, or when complexing with said non-mobilized ligand, or said non-mobilized ligand is able to generate a directly or indirectly distinguishable signal when the complex is not formed, or when complex is formed, the bound fraction is separated from the unbound fraction and directly or indirectly determined non-immobilized ligand bound to the immobilized ligand (bound fraction) or not complexed in aqueous Ore (unbound fraction).
