Sulfated oligosaccharides of the general formula I are described: R- (R) -R (I) where R and R and each R are a monosaccharide unit, all of which may be the same or different, and neighboring monosaccharide units are connected by glycosidic bonds 1 → 2, 1 → 3, 1 → 4 and / or 1 → 6, and n is an integer from 1 to 6, provided that the polysaccharide is not a compound containing 1-4 linked glucose residues; and their use as antiangiogenic, antimetastatic and / or anti-inflammatory drugs. |
