titleOfInvention WEIGHT YARN AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING WEAR YARN FROM THERMAL PROTECTED POLYAMIDE 6.6 FOR CORD TISSUE
abstract A filling yarn made of a thermally protected polyamide 6.6 multifilament for tyre cord fabric with a total titer of 100-400 dtex., said filling yarn is also raw yarn, and is characterized by: -SLASE of 6 cN/tex to 12 cN/tex at 80 % elongation; -a maximum tensile stress strain of 150 % to 300 %; -a strength of > 14 cN/tex; -a reversibility limit of 5 cN/tex to 10 cN/tex; -a thermal shrinkage force of 0.15 cN/tex to 0.8 cN/tex at 160 degree C; -free shrinkage > 1 % at 160 degree C. 2. A filling yarn of claim 1, said filling yarn after treating with hot air without any stretching force on a thread during 5 minutes at 235 degree C is characterized by: -a maximum tensile stress strain of 80 %; -SLASE of 6 cN/tex to 14 cN/tex at 80 % elongation; -a reversibility limit not less than 10 cN/tex; -no elongation due to treatment at a high temperature. 3. A method for producing filling yarn from thermally protected polyamide 6.6 multifilament for tyre cord fabric with a total titer of 100-400 dtex., characterized in that polyamide LOY filaments are stretched between 10 and 200% before being swirled at least 10 knots/m by a compressed gas. 4. A method of claim 3, characterized in that said polyamide LOY filaments are stretched at first step by 200%, and at the second step are swirled to at least 10 knots/m by a compressed gas and at a temperature 150-235 degree C are subjected to relaxation from 0 to 30%. 5. A method of claim 4, characterized in that said polyamide LOY filaments are subjected to an additional fixation (additional stretching) from 0 to 10% at 180-230 degree C.
