abstract | 1. A compound represented by the following formula: Y-L-Tyr-Q-NR<1>-CH(R<2>)-CO-X wherein: R<1> represents hydrogen atom; R<2> represents unsubstituted benzyl group; Q represents D-Arg; Y represents one hydrogen atom and C1-6-alkyl group, or Y represents one hydrogen atom and group of formula HN=C(R<3>), wherein R<3> is C1-6-alkyl group; and X represents NR<7>-C(R<8>)(R<9>)(R<10>), wherein R<7> is C1-6-alkyl group, R<8> is carboxy-C1-6-alkyl group or C1-6-alkoxycarbonyl-C1-6-alkyl group, R<9> represents hydrogen atom and R<10> reprsents hydrogen atom, or a salt thereof. 2. The compound as claimed in claim 1 which has the following formula: N-methyl-Tyr-D-Arg-Phe-N(CH3)-CH2-CH2-COOH or the ester thereof of the formula N-methyl-Tyr-D-Arg-Phe-N(CH3)-CH2-CH2-CO-O-C1-6-alkyl, or their salt. 3. The compound or the salt thereof as claimed in claim 1 which has the following formula: HN=C(CH3)-L-Tyr-D-Arg-L-Phe-N(CH3)-CH2-CH2-COOH. 4. The salt of the compound according to any of claims 1-3, is hydrochloride or acetate. 5. A medicament comprising the compound or the salt according to any of claims 1-3. 6. An anaesthetic pharmaceutical composition comprising as an active ingredient the compound or the salt thereof according to any of claims 1-3. 7. Use of the compound or the salt thereof according to any of claims 1-3 for manufacture of the pharmaceutical composition according to claim 6. 8. A method for prevention and/or therapeutic treatment of pain, comprising a step of administering to an mammal an effective amount of the compound or the salt thereof according to any of claims 1-3. |
