The invention relates to the use of 1H-imidazo- [4,5- c] -quinolinone derivatives and salts thereof in the treatment of diseases dependent on protein or lipid kinase and for the preparation of pharmaceutical preparations for the treatment of these diseases; to derivatives of IH-imidazo- [4,5-cJ-quinolinone for use in the treatment of protein or lipid kinase dependent diseases; to a method for the treatment against these diseases, which comprises administering the derivatives of IH-imidazo- [4,5-c] -quinolinone to a warm-blooded animal, especially a human being; to pharmaceutical preparations comprising a derivative of 1H-imidazo- [4,5-c] -quinolinone, especially for the treatment of a disease dependent on protein kinase and lipid; to the novel IH-imidazo- [4,5-c] -quinolinone derivatives; and to a process for the preparation of novel 1H-imidazo- [4,5-c] -quinolinone derivatives. |
