A process, using which it is possible to produce a preparation which consists of thickening or suspending agents and other excipients and which has the property that it is dispersed and dissolves rapidly in water or aqueous carriers and without clamping, using which it is possible to prepare, to order, a homogeneous suspension of solid particles, more specifically microencapsulated medicaments, which would otherwise have a tendency to precipitate out or float, with it being possible, at the same time, to use the process in all cases where it is necessary to keep in suspension particles of substances which exhibit the abovementioned tendency. |
