abstract | The invention pertains to an aqueous two-component polyurethane coating agent containing (A) a water-dilutable polyacrylic resin (A) with an OH number of 40 to 200 and an acid number of 20 to 100 mg KOH/g and (B) a polyisocyanate component, characterized in that the water-dilutable acrylic resin can be produced by solution polymerization from at least one ester of (meth)acrylic acid and a cycloaliphatic C6 to C10 alcohol, excepting cyclohexylmethacrylate; at least one monomer containing a hydroxyl group; optionally at least one vinyl ester of alpha -branched monocarboxylic acids with 5 to 18 C atoms per molecule and/or at least one product from the reaction of acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid with the glycidyl ester of alpha -branched monocarboxylic acids with 5 to 18 C atoms per molecule; at least one monomer containing a carboxyl group, and optionally other monomers essentially free of carboxyl groups, the resulting polyacrylic resin being at least partially neutralized and dispersed in water. |
