A portable tool, e.g. a cutting wheel, is operated by a combustion engine (1, figure 1) supplied with fuel from a fuel tank 20, the fuel tank being separated from an equalizing tank 30, which has a valve system 31 connecting it to atmosphere, by a dividing wall 11 and the tanks being connected to each other by a one-piece air evacuation component 40 including an air evacuation pipe 21. The tanks are constructed in one piece with the casing (10, figure 1) in which the engine is retained. Preferably the valve system 31 is located in the component 40, the component having sockets 24, 34 which project into the tanks through sealing sleeves 25, 35 constructed in one piece with a flat gasket 45. The casing may be of die-cast metal and the component 40 injection moulded. <IMAGE> |
