The temp. sensing unit is adjusted on a somewhat lower lying temp. value, compared to the temp. sensing unit (4). The reaction times of the sensing unit on the burner are determined over a long time period and according to principle of fuzzy logic, depending on usage for producing a programme for usable water regulation.
