abstract A photopolymerizable composition containing i) a polymerizable compound having an addition-polymerizable unsaturated bond; ii) a compound of the following general formula (I) (I): in which mean: Each of R 1 and R 2 independently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl, aryl, substituted aryl or aralkyl group; R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R 6 each independently represent a group selected from those enumerated above in connection with the substituents R 1 and R 2 , or an alkylthio, arylthio, amino or substituted amino group; X is an atomic group which is free of metal atoms necessary for the formation of a 5- to 7-membered ring; and Z is an atomic group free of metal atoms necessary for the formation of a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaromatic ring; and iii) a halomethyltriazine compound.
