titleOfInvention Punch ball game
abstract The game includes a sloping playing field which supports several game elements and a rolling ball. An inclined ramp (2) has an inlet and an outlet end and supports a ball when it rolls from the inlet end (11) to the outlet end (13). A support (24,26) holds the ramp (2) such that it can pivot about an axis in two directions. A motor (28) operated by the player controls the pivoting device (20,22) to control the path of the ball as it rolls from the inlet to the outlet (13).The reversible motor (28) is controlled via flipper knobs. The ramp (2) has several buffers, ridges and holes which give the player points when he crosses the ramp (2) in the manner predetermined by the play programme.
