Nucleic acid transfer peptides containing: a) a first ligand selected from the group consisting of peptide, steroid, carbohydrate, lipid and vitamin, which binds to a binding component on the cell surface of eucaryotic cells and in this process induces endocytoses of the complexes from the said nucleic acid transfer peptide and a nucleic acid, b) a second ligand, selected from the group consisting of peptide, steroid, carbohydrate, lipid and vitamin, which binds to a binding component on the outer nuclear membrane of eucaryotic cells, c) a third ligand which is a basic peptide and binds to nucleic acid by means of ionic interaction, are suitable for the inclusion of nucleic acids in eucaryotic cells. |
