A circuit arrangement is proposed for operation of a relay in an electronic circuit, which relay is controlled by a control circuit, the current for the relay being switched on via a first switch. The control output of the control circuit is connected to a second switch which controls the holding current for the relay and provides the capability for the relay to pull in. The first switch is connected in series with the second switch and the relay, its control electrode being connected to an integrating element which is connected to the junction point between the two switches. The capacitor of the integrating element is charged, when the second switch is open, to approximately the operating voltage and, after the second switch has switched, the first switch switches as a result of the high capacitor voltage, at which point the capacitor discharges. <IMAGE> |
