The network system has print server software in a print server machine (workstation) 106, and each user communicates with the print server software (PS) through a menu software available from the workstations 102, 103, 105 for a self machine or a menu software available from a manager workstation and executes data output through the printer 112. Other printers are also connected to the print server 106. Facsimile and image servers are also provided.
