abstract The outside walls of buildings are covered with insulating sheets which are protected by glass fibre mats and are then finished with a mineral based rendering. The corners are protected by thin synthetic corner profiles (18) which have holes (33,34) to take up the adhesive rendering. The glass fibre mats (22) overlap the corner profiles (18) and are attached by sewing.
