In a chocolate product containing puffed rice grains, in particular in block form, having a chocolate content and a puffed rice grain content, to achieve a flavour comparable with chocolate products and the maintenance of the consistency of puffed rice, according to the invention it is proposed that the chocolate mass fraction forms an essentially cavity-free matrix for the puffed rice grains and that the puffed rice grains are essentially surrounded on all sides by the chocolate matrix. |
