titleOfInvention Use of urea inclusion compounds
abstract Use of urea adducts of 14-22C fatty acids as solubilising agents and penetration enhancers is new. Also claimed are processes for preparing urea adducts. (A) a soln. or suspension of a medicament in a urea soln. is processed together with a 14-22C fatty acid. (B) A mixt. prepd. by adding the Na salt of a 14-25C fatty acid and aspirin to an aq. urea soln. opt. together with cellulose powder and aq. NaOH, is stirred adjusted to pH 5.5-6.9 with an acid, dried and pulverised.
