abstract Ink sheet has (A) at least two ink layers comprising colourant and thermo-fusible cpd. and (B) porous resin layer, on a heat resistant substrate. The ink layer nearer to the substrate has higher melt viscosity of the ink component.Pref. porous resin layer has release property to the ink component. Ink layer has adhesion property to the substrate. Thermo-fusible compound is thermo-fusible microparticles. Average particle size of the thermo-fusible microparticles is 1.0-10.0 microns. The thermo-fusible cpd. is, e.g., bee's wax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, montan wax, stearic acid, stearyl alcohol, etc. The substrate is, e.g., polyester, polycarbonate, nylon, polyimide, condenser paper, etc.
