Phenylene compounds of the general formula I <IMAGE> in which R is <IMAGE> thiophenyl or pyrrolyl, R<1> to R<4> independently of one another are phenyl which can be substituted by one or more halogen atoms, or are thiophenyl, R<5> is H, C1- to C4-alkyl, C1- to C4-alkoxy, trifluoromethyl, CN or phenyl, R<6> is H, cyclohexenyl, which can be substituted by one or more C1- to C4-alkyl groups, or is phenyl, thiophenyl or pyrrolyl which can be substituted by one or more halogen atoms or by NO2, X is O, S, SO, S2, SO2, CO, NH or CH2, m is 0 or 1, n is an integer from 0 to 50 and p is an integer from 1 to 60. |
