The invention relates to a process for the preparation of polymer compounds which have been polymerised by means of free radicals from monomers containing an olefinically unsaturated carbon/carbon bond, where the polymerisation is initiated by the cathodic reduction of monomers to free-radical anions. The process is particularly preferably carried out as a suspension or emulsion polymerisation. |
