titleOfInvention Ultrasonic diagnostic system which transmits ultrasonic waves from probe in object - has number of ultrasonic transducers arranged such that ultrasonic waves reflected in object are received by ultrasonic receiver transducers
abstract The diagnostic system generates ultrasonic waves which are processed in a delay control circuit or delay time control and phase control. The circuits are used on the obtained receiver signals and are added suitably with each other. An image of the inside of the object in coincidence with the additive signals given from the delay control circuit is indicated. The circuit of the system includes a transmission control circuit (1), for transmitting US pulses, transmission receiver circuits (3-1,3-2..3-n) in gps. and sets of US transducers (2-1,2-2..2-n). An apodisation circuit gp. (4), modifies the response behaviour of following filter circuits controlled by a control circuit (5). Also a delay control circuit (6), a logarithmic amplifier (7) and an indicator (8). USE/ADVANTAGE - Processes different probe frequencies. Compact delay circuit, few interface points of signal lines. Simplified circuit patterns and short length signal lines.
