titleOfInvention Process for the production of elastic, flame-laminatable polyurethane ether foams
abstract In the prodn. of elastic polyurethane-ether foam (I), PUR ester foam powder (II) is added to make (I) more suitable for flame lamination. Pref. (II) with a particle size of 5-500 microns is used. The amt. is 2-50 (wt.)% of the amt. of polyol n (I). USE/ADVANTAGE - (I) is useful for making laminates with e.g. textiles, plastics films, paper etc., by flaming the surface, which melts and forms an adhesive films, normally setting after a few seconds or minutes.
