4-Heterocyclyl-phenyl dihydropyridine derivs. of formula (I) and their salts are new. In (I), R1 and R2 = 3-8C cycloalkyl or 1-8C alkyl (opt. substd. by 1-6C alkoxy, CN, 3-8C cycloalkyl or 6-10C aryloxy (itself opt. substd. by up to 3 of halo, CN or 1-6C alkyl or alkoxy)); R3 = H, halo, CF3 or CN; R4 = 5-membered, unsatd., C-bound heterocycle with up to 4 heteroatoms (N and/or O), opt. substd. by OH, up to 6C alkyl or alkoxycarbonyl, CF3, halo, COOH or NR5R6, or R3 is R5R6-pyrrolo; R5 and R6 = H or up to 4C alkoxycarbonyl or alkyl, with the proviso if R1=R2 = Et and R3 = H, then R4 is not 2,5-dimethylpyrrolo.More specifically, R1 and R2 = cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl or cycloheptyl; or 1-4C alkyl (opt. substd. by MeO, cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl or cycloheptyl); R3 = H, Cl, CF3 or CN; R4 = C-bonded tetrazolyl; 1,2,4- or 1,3,4-oxadiazolyl (all opt. substd. by 1-3C alkyl or alkoxycarbonyl, CF3, F, Cl or NH2); pyrrolo or 2,5-dimethylpyrrolo. |
