abstract The vehicle train has three or more steered bogies and a steering assembly. The mainly rigid steering control has an associated self steering control for the single wheelset bogie (3,4). This permits selfsteering of the bogie in combination with the rigid steering assembly. The self steering assembly is located in the device to detect the steering angle, in the steering angle transmission, in the device to turn the bogies, or in the wheelset bearing. USE/ADVANTAGE - Linkage for single wheelset bogies guarantees almost exact alignment of all bogies in direction of track axis, combination of self steering and forced steering eliminates disadvantages of conventional systems.
