abstract The lower rail is connected to the vehicle and roller bodies are located between the running tracks of the upper and lower rails. The rollers bodies (14,15) are of permanently elastic material with an elasticity module which at most is located in the range of the elasticity module of the rail material, or is pref. at least 50% less than tha of the rails. Pref. the roller bodies (14,15) are made of porcelain, Zr, marble, epoxide resin, polyimide or an unsaturated polyester resin. USE/ADVANTAGE - A pair of rails for a road vehicle seat with which there is little friction in the movement of the upper rail.
