abstract The method involves a tuft of bristles (10) of sufficient size containing an upward-pointing funnel shaped opening. A filler (11) is inserted from the top into the tuft until the filler is flush with the top edge (12) of the tuft. The top edge of the tuft and the unit consisting of the filler is concave. The top edge of the unit consisting of tuft and filler has a metal ring, inside which is a cavity filled with an oily or paste bonding agent (15) at least partly penetrating into the top part (16) of the tuft. The brush has a lid (17). ADVANTAGE - The brush emits the paint or other product with even quality and greater output.
