DRY MIXTURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HYDROMECHANICALLY CONTAINABLE BUILDING TURBISH |
abstract |
Dry mixt. (I) for the prepn. of hydromechanically transportable building material suspensions comprises: (A) 10-80 (pref. 20-40) wt. pts. hydraulic binder based on cement clinker; (B) 10-80 pref. (40-70) wt. pts. filter ash of carbon firing; (C) 1-20 pref. (5-12) wt. pts. swellable clays; (D) 0.1-1 pref. (0.2-0.5) wt. pts. setting retarder; (E) 0.1-2 pref. (0.2-1.0) wt. pts. flowing agent; whereby the amounts of A, B and C used allow the resulting building material slurry to remain hydromechanically transportable for at least 24 h without sedimenting or setting. Also claimed are: (i) hydromechanically transportable long-term stable building material slurry (II) contg. (I) mixed with water to a water/solid-value of 0.25-1 pref. 0.3-0.4; (ii) prepn. of an underground building material by mixing (II) with a solidification accelerator and setting. the wt. ratio of (D): (E) is 1:2-1:6. (D) contains hydroxycarboxylic acids or their alkali salts pref. gluconic acid or sodium gluconate. (E) comprises high molecular sulphonated substances pref. ligninsulphonate and naphthalin- or melamine-formaldehyde condensate sulphonate. The fineness is at least 2000 pref. above 3500 cm2/g (Blaine). USE/ADVANTAGE - (I) is used in the mfr. of (II). It is hydromechanically transportable at up to 30degC for at least 24 h |
