abstract Fluid grease (I) of consistency class NLG1000000/00 or 00 according to DIN 51818 for the recovery of used lubricant in automatic central lubricating appts. of motor vehicles according to DIN 24271 or 75203 is biologically degradable in 21 days to at least 90% according to the CEC test L-33-T-82 and comprises (i) a base oil or a mixt. of base oils of synthetic or natural type, whose flash point, according to DIN-ISO 2492, is more than 120 deg.C and pour point, according to DIN-ISO 3016, is less than -15 deg.C, (ii) (in)organic thickeners free of heavy metals, and (iii) at least 2 metallic, sulphur- and chlorine-contg. additives, to improve the pressure capabilities wear protection and the oxidn. stability and corrosion protection. (i) comprises 76.97.8 wt.% of an ester contg. at least one divalent alcohol and at least one univalent (un)satd. fatty acid, 2-20 wt.% of a Si-cpd. thickener and 2-20 wt.% of an organic additive contg. aminophosphates and (secondary) amines and/or (alkyl) phenols. USE - Recovery of used lubricant.
