abstract The connection device connects a continuous film (1B) to a film connection surface of a base plate (22) from front to back. The device comprises a cutting element (15,17) which cuts off the film (1B) so it has a length corresponding to the length of the base plate (22). A holder (12) is arranged near the cutting position in a place through which the film (1B) passes, which holds the film (1B) near the cutting position and is perpendicular to the film (1B). A chip suction element is located near the cutting position which sucks up chips or flakes formed by cutting the film. ADVANTAGE - Prevents pollution of film due to chips or flakes caused by cutting film. Greater output.
