titleOfInvention | Multiway proportioning valve with hydraulic and gas stages - has regulating piston controllable by programmed electronics via electrically variable valve |
abstract | The multiway proportioning valve is designed for regulating and controlling the quantity and pressure of a neutral gas. It includes a regulating piston displaced against the returning force of a first spring, and a sealing body lifted through the action of the piston from its seat (53) against the returning force of a second spring (58). The zone behind the seat as the sealing body is lifted is connected to the pressure source (Qu) and the zone (69) in-front of the seat is connected to a gas appliance (V). The regulating piston monitored by the electrical signals from a position sensor can be supplied with fluid pressure on both sides by an electrically controlled valve. USE/ADVANTAGE - Able to supply gas quantities and gas pressures from zero to about 500 bar and can be set easily. |
