abstract | Aminocarbonyloxy-milbemycinm derivs. (I) are new. R = opt. substd. 1-18C alkyl, 3-10C cycloalkyl, 2-6C alkenyl, 2-6C alkynyl or phenyl or adamantyl, X = CH(OR1)-, -C(O)- or -(=N-OR9)-, R1 = H, silyl, acyl or a sugar, R8 = H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, silyl, or acyl, R2 = methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, sec. butyl or -C( CH3)=CH-Z, Z = methyl, ethyl or isopropyl. USE - (I) are pesticides. They are effective against e.g. mites, insects and nematodes on plants as well as animal ecto- and endoparasites and human parasites. Cpds. (I) can be formulated conventionally and can be administered to warm-blooded animals in dosages of 0.01-10 mg/kg body weight and applied to plants in amts. of 10g/1kg/ka. |
