The invention relates to a foam-damped, nonionic tenside mixture containing (A) 20 to 98 wt.% of an alkyl polyglycoside of formula R<2>-O-Gm and (B) 80 to 2 wt.% of a polyglycol ether of formula R<3>-(O-C<2>H<4>)y(O-CxH2x)z-OR<4>. In the above formulae, R<2> stands for an alkyl group with 8 to 18 carbon atoms, G stands for a monosaccharide unit, m is a number from 1.2 to 6, R<3> stands for a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched aliphatic hydrocarbon group with 8 to 22 carbon atoms, R<4> stands for hydrogen or an alkyl group with 1 to 10 carbon atoms, x is equal to 3 or 4, y is a number from 0 to 15 and z is a number from 1 to 20, where the sum (y + z) is a number from 1 to 25 and z can also be zero, if R<4> is an alkyl group with at least 3 carbon atoms. |
