The interface circuit has incoming circuits (7a-d), subscriber circuit (10), registers (8a-d), comparators (9a-d), address memories (11a-d), multiplexers (19a-d,21), buffers (20a-d), and control circuit (13). In particular, comparators (9a-d) examine the incoming lines (7a-d) to detect presence of information/data in time slots, passing information to multiplexer (18) and -buffers (20a-d) during relevant time intervals. A multiplexer (21) selects the data from the buffers by cycling round the time slots. |
