abstract | beta -Aminoacrylateesters of the formula (R<1>R<2>)NCH=CR<3>-COOR<4> can be obtained by reaction of beta -hydroxyacrylate ester alkali metal salts of the formula Me<+> <->OCH=CR<3>-COOR<4> with ammonium salts of the formula (R<1>R<2>)NH2<+>X<-> according to the general reaction equation <IMAGE> where R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4>, Me<+> and X<-> have the meaning indicated in the description and where the reaction is carried out in a mixture of an aprotic organic solvent and a protic organic solvent, which is miscible with the aprotic solvent to give a homogeneous phase, as a reaction medium in which the reaction components are present in suspended form. |
