titleOfInvention | TRANSPORT DEVICE FOR SPINNING CAN, IN PARTICULAR CAN CHANGER |
abstract | There is the problem with can changers that only one sliver can may be held in the ready position, at least in the case of linear changers. In addition, the empty sliver cans must always be taken to the can changers in a certain position. The conveyor device (1) has a driven conveyor belt (4) running horizontally and a rail (13) arranged opposite at a short distance. The distance between the conveyor belt (4) and the rail (13) corresponds to the diameter of the sliver cans (2). The silver cans (2) are transported by the conveyor belt (T), when each sliver can (2) makes a revolution about its vertical axis. One of the uses for the conveyor device is as a can changer in the textile industry. |
