Compounds of the general formula I <IMAGE> are described in which R<1> is hydrogen, lower alkyl or cycloalkylalkyl having 4-7 carbon atoms, R<2> is hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or trifluoromethyl and R<3> is hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy or R<2> and R<3> together are an alkylenedioxy group, R<4> is open-chain or cyclic alkyl having up to 6 carbon atoms, R<5> is hydrogen, lower alkoxy or halogen, R<6> is hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or trifluoromethyl and Z is an alkylene chain having 2-4 carbon atoms, which can optionally be mono- or disubstituted by lower alkyl or to which a 5-6-membered carbocyclic ring can optionally be fused, or is an -X-CH2-CH2- chain. The compounds have pharmacologically useful properties. |
